Engineering was started as a result of making a new stainless
steel chainguard for my RD350LC, A few other LC owners asked if I could make one for them
as well and then more requests for more parts were made. All the parts you see on this
website are the result of requests and ideas from owners and riders. The products offered by
Links Engineering tend to be for bikes ignored by mainstream aftermarket suppliers and are
developed in conjunction with customer’s needs and requests.
All parts are lasercut
and folded on CNC machines before being welded and finished by hand. The
latest CAD software is used to draw up and model parts to ensure the parts fit and work,
as good as, if not better than the original parts.
For shipping, all parts
are securely wrapped in bubble-wrap, to ensure you receive the part in excellent
condition.
As this is a small (but
growing) business all parts are produced in small batches, so if the part you want is not
in stock it can take up to 2 weeks to be made and shipped.
